Installing OXtender OXtender for MS Outlook as non-Admin user not possible

Concern:
Trying to install Outlook-OXtender as non-Admin user under Windows fails with the following error message:

Error 1406.Could not write value EventMessageFile to key System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\Application\OXtender for
Microsoft

Solution:
The Outlook-OXtender must be installed as Administrator, there is no workaround to let non-Admin users to install it.
